XCMagnet complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and its notice and takedown provisions. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who infringe copyrights upon proper notification.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe your copyright or intellectual property has been infringed, please provide our Copyright Agent with:

  • Your electronic or physical signature;
  • A description of the infringed work;
  • The location of the alleged infringing content on our site (e.g., URL or Profile ID);
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email;
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized representative and the information is accurate.

2. Response to Notifications

Upon receiving a valid notification, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content;
  • Notify the user responsible for the content;
  • Provide counter-notification instructions.

3. Counter-Notification

If a user believes content was removed in error, they may submit:

  • Their electronic or physical signature;
  • A description of the removed content and its original location;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake;
  • Their name, address, phone number, email, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in their region, plus agreement to accept service of process from the complainant.

4. Response to Counter-Notifications

Upon receiving a counter-notification, we will:

  • Send a copy to the complainant;
  • Inform them the content will be restored in 10–14 business days unless we receive notice of a legal action;
  • Restore the content after the period if no action is filed, unless we determine it may infringe rights.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who violate intellectual property rights, at our discretion.
